Coach Neumann has done a tremendous amount of work in furthering the Cougars as a baseball team. He was there from the inception when he recruited Coach Prahl to be the inagural coach of the team. In his three years as General Manager, the team has come from playing a single game its first season to playing against 8 American High School teams this season and next year being invited to play in the Kanto Plains season. He has extensive experience as a coach/ manager. He has been on the coaching staff on the Europe team that went to the Senior League World Series in Kissimmee, Florida. |

Coach Flowers is the newest of the three head coaches in the team's history. He comes to us with a vast amount of knowledge from the playing side and the managerial/front-office side. Coach Flowers was born in West Point, NY. He lettered in baseball three consecutive years for James I. O'Neill HS in West Point. Cliff also had a stellar career with the Air Force Academy. The two year letterman played second base for the 1999 conference champions. Coach Flowers was an assistant coach for the Falcon's Junior Varsity team for two years as well as recruiting for the "Mighty Falcons". |

Coach Guilfoyle was the second head coach in the Cougars history. He stressed defense as his main coaching point. He was unable to take the reigns this year due to work. However, he is always available to help out with the practices and is a constant supporter for us. Coach Guilfoyle grew up in Euclid, OH and attended Euclid High School. He lettered in baseball two years and was the starting second baseman for the 1990 State Finalist Panthers. Brian was a three year letterman and one year starter at shortstop for the Allegheny College Gators. The Gators were conference champions two out of his four years at Allegheny. Coach Guilfoyle graduated from Allegheny College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts. |

Coach Brown has been with the team since last year and been an invaluable help with his knowledge of the outfield and pitching. He has been able to mold an excellent outfield whose first thought upon a fly ball is "First step is Back." With a strong motivation and even higher standards, he has pushed our outfield and club as a whole to be the best possible. Coach Brown was born and raised in Madison SD and lettered in 3 sports at Madison HS. This is his third year affiliated with the Cougars. He has umpired baseball and softball for more than 5 years and has 12 years playing experience. |

Coach Krueger is the newest addition to the coaching staff of the Cougars. He has been able to provide excellent help with the outfield as well as the infield. We are excited to have him on as a coach and the team looks forward to his continued involvement in the next three years. Coach Krueger was born and raised in Albuquerque NM. He was a 3 sport letterman at Highland HS in Albuquerque. He has 7 years experience coaching youth sports including baseball, basketball and football. He is also a certified high school basketball official and baseball umpire. |
